I have had a great experience with their Hampstead branch. I bought my car from them a few years ago and just sold it back to them. Having periodically brought the car in for servicing, I have gotten acquainted with many of them. I recently had an issue regarding an incorrect entry with my mileage, and Tony DeJesus did a great job to resolve the issue.More recently, I was in touch with Aytac Simsek, who is simply outstanding at what he does. He is polite, courteous, professional, understands the customer's needs and above all, always manages to smile! He came up with a valuation for my car, followed through with the initiative, kept me in the loop through the entire process. Simply put, he turned what I thought would be a very stressful experience into an utterly pleasant experience.
