Loyal customer for more than a decade. New used car sold to me last year with all the necessary paperwork completed. Smooth transaction with friendly and professional salesman. Fast forward a year and it turns out that the vehicle did not have a valid MOT. Alerted the dealership as soon as I found out. Had to leave the car at home as it was illegal to drive and take a taxi to work. As a way of apology Alan Day offered me a box of chocolates and agreed to refund me the £60 taxi fare. It’s been over a month and after 2 voicemails and an email, i’m still awaiting the refund. Totally unacceptable and a very poor level of service to a loyal customer.
