As there so ignorant and rude, this is not the first for them if I'm honest. It's the way they talk to you, like they don't need your money. Ok well I will take it else where. The manager not sure of his name, thought he was owner of VW the way he carried on. Absolutely dreed going there i would rather travel elsewhere. Loughton VW are great people had a good experience in there. SOUTHGATE PEOPLE STAY CLEAR
