I had a car service appointment scheduled for Saturday morning at 10 am on March 9th, and after waiting over a month for an available booking, I arrived on time only to be told they couldn't service my car that day. It's incredibly unprofessional and disappointing that they didn't apologize or even acknowledge the inconvenience. I had to leave my family on my day off, driving two hours round trip from Harlow for nothing. With a newborn at home, working hard and exhausted, this lack of respect for my time is unacceptable. It's clear they don't prioritize customer service, and it's frustrating that they seemed to blame me for their mistake.
