I have been trying to cancel my subscription for 4 days now. I've been unable to cancel it on line, I've tried to chat, I've sent emails to help and I've called their customer service # all without success. They billed my card today. Payment is pending. I called my credit card company and have disputed charges and cancelled the card. But I still need to make contact.
