My first purchase was a 6 month program for over $1700.00. It went well, I dropped 30 lbs but it wasn’t because of any help from them. Along the way I had some questions. I presumed they’d check in periodically to ask how I was doing. Not one single communique from them. No phone calls. No emails. Attempting to contact and talk to a real person was the useless. The menu for chat never accepted my question which was how do I reach a real person. I received one response to an email but weeks late. The whole experience was odd considering this was a medical and pharmaceutical situation. Even my first question about how to properly handle the syringe was not answered. I figured it out myself. Again, very odd situation. BUT they renewed my prescription and charged me without my telling them I wanted it.
