Alan is awesome!I have been working with Alan over the last two years and cannot recommend him enough. I started off my journey ready to quit my job, but not having a direction to go. Instead, I have learned to keep my options open and rediscovered that I do love my job. The headquarters of my company is in Taiwan and we are based in the US. Alan was an impartial guide, offering experiments from meditation to journaling (my favorite) as well as coaching through difficult conversations. Aside from work issues, Alan coached me through a difficult conversation with my daughter’s college Dean and it provided a fruitful outcome without me getting emotional. Win, win! I have learned that some “work” things really have deeper meaning/issues that really hinge on how I approach them and communicating well. I feel like a more confident leader (and I have been one for over 25 years!) and personally more content.If you are looking for an empathetic listener and coach, look no further.
