The Guys at ACR are very friendly. That is absolutely true. They even picked us up at our hotel. But there were some points we did not like:- the car was late (we first got another car to do some groceries)- the front window was broken (a crack of appr. 60/70 cm)- the tires were too flat and the warning sign kept giong on- but most importantly: the risk of driving on unpaved roads. We booked a car that could handle these roads and we took the necessary insurance. However they told us via e-mail (when we were already hundreds of km away) that unpaved roads are our own risk. Therefor I would advice everybody to tripple-check on the terms!!!!!!!
