Pills are TOO large and don't taste very goid trying to swallow them is difficult, but the powder doesn't mix well. I bought new blenders and unless you dissolve in hot beverage, it clumps and I'm not allowed to drink coffee or tea, so I stopped ordering as I have a lot as trying to find something to work other than a heavy duty blender which is more cleaning up each day and it still isn't totally dissolved.
