Very disappointing 12 day cruise in Svalbard, Jan Mayen, Greenland, and Iceland. July 2023 cruise did not stop at anyplace on our itinerary except for one place, Jan Mayen. The prop has been broken on a previous voyage and we did not go anywhere near the ice. We missed a lot of prime viewing spots. The expedition team were friendly but most had just joined the ship and lectures were not well planned. For a new ship, the did not have internet for staff or passengers the first part of the cruise. They could not even get up to date weather and ice reports. Thewhole trip was disorganized.Meals were good but they struggled to provide coffee and never had hot chocolate due to no supplies. I would suggest finding a different cruise line.
