I ordered a jacket from Alba Wear, they sent a jacket that had been mis-sized so it was far too small.I contacted them to arrange a return, even though te mistake was theirs I had to pay to return the jacket to China. They then expected me to tell them when it was delivered even though I had set them proof of posting as requested,and it was being sent to their warehouse.I have now contacted them three times chasing my refund to date it’s still outstanding.
