I originally called Mark earlier this year out of frustration when our current lender wouldn't stretch to the amount we needed to step up the next rung on the property ladder. I am so glad I picked up the phone; every step of the way Mark has been there for us. He worked really hard getting us the best interest rates and involving us in all the decisions we needed to make.
