I had a horrible experience with this company. I bought a kit in November to try it out, but it arrived incomplete. They told me they ran out of stock and simply didn't send the rest. To make matters worse, I didn't like the product, yet I was charged again the following month without my consent.When I reached out to cancel, they claimed that by buying the initial kit, I was forced into a 3-month commitment. There is no way to cancel the subscription on their platform. I’ve repeatedly told them I don’t want the product, yet they keep charging me and sending items I didn't order. They are just giving me the runaround instead of providing a solution. Be very careful!
