I signed up for a subscription using Shop pay and we didn't like this stuff. I attempted to cancel the sub and it says I have to finish making the payments. Fair enough, I'll log into Shop Pay and pay it off so I can cancel, easy enough, right? Wrong! Alcami won't allow you to pay the payments, they restrict it (according to Shop Pay). So they just charged me/shipped me another two bags and leave me no way to stop it. Hmmm, that's a bit sus.Then I looked further, if you subscribe, you can't cancel for 90 days! Which they don't tell you before purchasing. Total scam and terrible business practices. Finally after too many emails back and forth with support, they canceled this and now I have to return the forthcoming shipment, however, when I asked where I would return it to (during an ongoing conversation we were having from one minute to the next), they ghosted. This company doesn't care about its customers whatsoever.
