Be very very careful trying this brand. If you find you don't like it, or it doesn't help you. You can't get them to cancel the orders until they have shipped you 3 months worth. I made the mistake of misinterpreting their 3 month recommendation, and I ordered 3 packages, thinking I was meeting their recommendation. But, now they are charging and shipping me 3 packages every month. And when I try to explain and get out of the 3rd shipments, because my pantry is full of bags of their coffee, they just say, "our policy is to ship 3 months, no matter what".I strongly recommend you chose anyone other than these people. They are so near-sighted to just get todays sale that they totally lose sight of the customer. A total me me me business, STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!!!!!!!!
