It’s a good product but managing a subscription is a nightmare, deliberately shady and difficult IMO. They had a 55% off sale for Black Friday so I wanted to pause my subscription and order off of the sale. There’s no way to do that. Be aware that, if you sign up for a subscription, you are locked into a 3 month commitment. I’m fine with that as it was disclosed in advance, but I should be able to pause it. The entire subscription management page is giving an error code for a week now. Customer service took a full week to reply to me and it really wasn’t a resolution. Still can’t manage my subscription. I’m remembering that this is part of why I previously canceled. I like the product enough to have given it another try but, unless they make substantial and rapid changes to their website, I will have to find a different product. The aggravation from this is undoing any benefits from the supplement.
