Ordered my coffee nearly a month ago, I knew about the subscription of 3 months and I was ok with that..What I'm not ok with is I still don't have my order and now the delivery company is trying to charge me another £50 in taxes or they won't deliver my parcel. If you are uk based do not buy these products. The company know about the import tax but don't mention it anywhere on their site, There customer service is horrendous, they simply don't care about customers at all and just keep fobbing me off with "we'll look into and get back to you" except they never do. Stay well away from these. I wish I had read the rest of these reviews before dealing with them. And you can't cancel your subscription.
