You don’t know what you’re getting into until you’re in it and stuck…alcami forces a commitment upon your purchase and that’s not normal or cool when you accidentally get suckered into it and need to cancel. They did absolutely nothing when I told them my situation and how I accidentally accepted multiple subscriptions when I only meant to have one. Little did I know that my other email address was being used and mind you all of this while I just got laid off. They didn’t care despite how many times I emailed them and explained my situation and the problems that arose.
