I’m extremely disappointed with ALC Hosting. I’ve been unable to access my paid Minecraft server for over a week due to version mismatch (server not updated to 1.26.0). I’ve submitted multiple complaints and received no response.This is a monthly paid service, and it’s unacceptable to lose access without updates or proper customer support. I expected better communication and faster action, especially for something as simple as updating a server version.I cannot recommend this hosting provider based on my experience.
