Had a 2nd nurse visit for my son as he was still a bit unsure on administrating his injection. Shelley Flynn came out to see us and was exceptional. She was so respectful and patient, even using a 'practice pen' to go through the motions of my son using the actual injection pen. Her attention to cleanliness was good to see also- washing her hands and wiping down all equipment before and after using it. Nothing was too much trouble and no question too daft. She really took her time with us and my son felt much more confident afterwards.
