Order arrived but needed to go back. Over a month of communication and still not been resolved. Natalie, Olha and Anna are who I was dealing with. Refused to send all notes on the account, won’t put you in touch with a manager. I believe this company is not legit, says based in the US, money went to Canada and they shipped from China. The company is total nightmare. They call you the wrong name, send incorrect details and return address and lie to you. AVOID this company. Products are rubbish and defective and to get refund is difficult to achieve. They won’t provide a shipping label and I don’t trust them for refund. They take your money and lie to you. I’m going go down the legalRoute to get it resolved.
