Ordered a waffle maker which was defective. I returned the waffle maker (within 10 days) at my expense asking for a refund. They received the product over 10 days ago. I cannot reach anyone on the phone and have emailed numerous times. They answered my email telling me to return the product and they would issue a refund. They have the equipment. Still can’t get them to issue a refund. Terrible customer service!
