Avoid at all costs. Quite frankly, this is the most appalling lender that I have ever come across. Our buyer is using them and their mortgage application alone is not completed after countless months, significantly beyond the time frames in which they quote. They quite simply ignore and avoid all calls and the phrase 'it has been handed to our manager' is used as a holding email. We started the process back in September 2024! When our buyer made a complaint via trust pilot, it was initially dealt with and 'prioritised'. This was a month ago. In the time it has taken them to work through this mortgage offer, we have lost a house, found a house, got a new mortgage ourselves, completed all surveys, signed the contract and, yet again, are back waiting for them. I list the 'date of experience' as today, but if I could, I would write a separate review for each of the around 100 days that we have been waiting.Honestly, I could write all day about how appalled I am by this company. Our brokers and solicitors throughout the chain all agree. I am at a loss for words. The company needs to take a serious look at themselves and their core values and consider if they are fulfilling the promises and values that they preach on their website, particularly their 'distinctly human' value. I have never experienced a company that cares less about human wellbeing.
