Have used Aldermore for nearly 15 years now, mainly for ISAs and bonds, but have recently opened an easy access account. Aldermore are easy to deal with, and the procedures on their website are not at all complex. I've had one technical problem in 15 years when dealing with this bank, so in my book it's OK.
