A bank that throws tantrums towards customers!!

This bank is probably the worst for any business. I had several business accounts and at the end of each financial year i would ask for a simple statement. The statement would not be provided in a simple way that other banks would provide and this would mean that instead of a consolidated statement for 12 months, they would send me months that would not relate to my requests . I had to email the CEO office 4 times and eventually they provided what I asked for and then they closed down my business accounts abruptly despite these accounts being fixed term, without any notice. Completely like an authoritarian regime In my entire life, and I have banked with many banks and continue to do so I have never come across an incompetent and unprofessional bank where customers are treated with contempt and disrespect. Their CEO Mr Cooper has held positions with likes of Barclays, who treat their customers with respect, and professionalism and yet the senior management at Aldermore had a major problem with their egos which they put before customers! Not once did they make an effort to call me to provide help or resolution as this would be detrimental to their egos ! I even spoke to the CEO’s pa who was most sympathetic and helpful but the senior management had another agenda and it was called “EGOs before business customers “I’m now with Shawbrook who are professional, polite and respectful towards customers. If you are a business be warned Aldermore bank can throw a childish tantrum at any point! The business team at Aldermore works on the logic that “if the bath water is dirty then it is easier to throw the baby out then change the bath water and disrupt your business. Sad fact is they don’t realise that there are many banks who are desperate to take new accounts .I really hope that if you are considering business accounts, then in my opinion this should be the last bank to consider, as Aldermore make it clear that if communication breaks down they will terminate your account on the eleventh, but the sad fact is that they don’t want to understand what went wrong and always believe that the customer is wrong and an hinder to thier business model! They shy away to have a mature and respectful phone conversation with customers, as they are happy to judge customers without establishing their concerns and facts - is this bank you want to trust with your business? Thier are many banks that will give you business comparative rates and great customer service , Cynergy, Shawbrook, Virgin money etc. Aldermore has an arrogant attitude “ the customer needs us more then we need customers!!
