I have been experiencing an issue with an ISA transfer. Tried to transfer to another organisation but it failed. Then Aldermore transferred money out of my account without my permission. It accepted the mistake. Resolution took 3 months was just a lengthy mess with no sense of urgency from Aldermore and just wasted time in chasing them. The complaints process and apologies do not translate into action. Lost any sense of trust - so got our money out as soon as we could.
