Absolutely appalling service with mortgage application. It has taken 4 months and they still havent done a valuation. I paid £370 for valuation on 27th June 2025 and till today 2nd Sept 2025 they still have not been able to send the valuer out to the property giving all sorts of stupid reasons like "the seller hasn't found a buyer" wheras the whole entire conveyancing process has been completed with both solicitors and they are awaiting Aldermore to approve mortgage.I WONT BE USING ALDERMORE AGAIN!!!!
