Thought I would pop in to Aldiss Fakenhamcafe while waiting for a friend who I had dropped off for a medical appointment but was disappointed by the rude miserable staff behind the counter. Ordered a snack and drink without choosing a table and when I was asked for my table number and said I didn’t have one I was looked at and was spoken to as if I was the village idiot. Perhaps a sign stating you have to choose a table before you order would be useful as there wasn’t one … won’t be returning any time soon . Not sure what it’s like to work there but all the customer facing staff behind the counter were very sullen looking and look as if they would rather be somewhere else
