Spent £3383 on two leather sofas & after less than three years the coating on the leather is flaking even though we stick to manufacturers instructions and Aldiss General Manager called Adam suggested either the cleaning / maintenance routine or oil from my hair was at fault. My wife is meticulous in her cleaning routine and I wash my hair daily with no other product used except shampoo so to my way of thinking his account of the problem is total rubbish and the coating used by the manufacturer is not resilient enough to cope with the use of the sofa as designed.He was unable to even help with a suggested resolution even if I have to pay for it.Also bought our previous leather sofas from them which after 18 years are in perfect condition with no deterioration of the coating !We have spent more than £6000 on furniture there but will never return again or recommend them on this poor level of service.
