I had Stopped by my favorite shoe store Aldo Cross Creek Mall,to purchase a black side purse, the young lady at the register was on her phone and she stayed on the phone the entire time and had me waiting in line at the register for 10 mins, while she went back in the back to finish her conversation. She had very poor customer service skills,she cost the store a sell, I did not purchase the bag at all. Very Disappointed in AldoPlease hire better help
