I have returned a bag for a refund, no joy with Aldo I am so frustrated, they have not responded to my email again...Item purchased 10th March, returned 13th March, proof of posting provided, several emails sent to Aldo, informed to wait until 30th March, did so still no refund, emailed again, no response, customer service number does not work.They have received my returns & still have my payment too.I will never ever order again from this company...Appalling customer service for returns.Today 03.04.23 I receive a email in response to my last 2 emails informing my refund should be processed within the next 10 days, what kind of service is this really???They finally responded informing me they had increased refurn fees to £8.84 from £3.95 without first notiying me,*See below from Aldo.Dear Customer After careful consideration, we have increased our return fee. We have done this in line with the current retail market and the needs of our business. Both fees are non-refundable, many online retailers are charging their customers for the delivery and return fee's for orders, this is in line with the current retail market and the needs of our business as previously mentioned.Our returns policy does state that returns should be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase, the sooner you return it the quicker it is processed by the returns team.You pay for the shipping costs when you purchase an item this is stated on our delivery policy and the returns fee is also stated on our returns fee so everything on our side is clearly advertised.
