I have bought shoes and handbags from here many a time. I bought two pairs of sandals different styles which cost me £110 and one of them caused me great internal bruising and cut up my feet. I had worn them out for the day but had no choice but to wear them through the agony. When i could walk again i tried to return them and they said theres nothing they could do.very bad customer service i feel as i cant wear them ever again.
