Shipping is slow and unreliable (I have ordered 3 times and each time it is slow and the tracking information never updates.) Also, customer service is horrible. They do not answer their emails and they make you wait hours, literally, on the phone for an operator. The only good thing is that they have easy returns/exchanges in-store.
