I ordered an awning from them. When I input all my credit card information, there was a problem with my card. I tried again and this time my card went thru. I got a screen telling me that my order was complete. I thought I was good. Little did I know the prior order also went thru without my knowledge. I never got an email confirmation for either attempts. I just received TWO awnings, same product. I called and was told that I had to take it to someone to ship back. I paid $259 for each awning and my return shipment on UPS was going to be $220. I called ALEKO and they would not do anything to help me. I am very disappointed with their service with no acknowledgement of how this was all done. I am NOT HAPPY 1) because when I ordered, the system messed up and I NEVER got an email confirming the first order nor the 2nd one as well and, 2) NOW do to their screw up, it is not worth me trying to send the product back. NOT a good way to run a business! Next time, I will stick to AMAZON where I can return stuff more easily.
