I placed my order on November 10th and paid extra for UPS Express (3 business days) because I needed the items before my trip. More than a week later, the order was still marked as “awaiting fulfillment” - meaning it had not even been packed, let alone shipped.I contacted the company multiple times:• emails to their support address• messages through their website chat• Instagram DMs• Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok commentsI received no real response or update for days.The only reply I eventually got was a vague promise that the order “would be shipped Friday (November 21st) and arrive by Tuesday (November 25th).”This promise was never kept.The order remained unfulfilled, and no tracking number or shipping confirmation was ever provided.According to their own website chat, my order is STILL labeled “awaiting fulfillment” - meaning it has not even been packed.What makes this even more disappointing is that the brand removes Instagram comments very quickly, yet customer inquiries remain unanswered.This speaks volumes about their priorities.I paid for express delivery, but the service was not provided.The lack of communication, the false promises, and the complete failure to fulfill the order have been extremely unprofessional.I have now requested a full refund and will never order from this store again.Anyone considering ordering here should be aware of the poor customer service and the risk of not receiving their items at all.NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL!
