This is the best weight loss programme I've seen- and I've tried almost all over the last 25 years. I have now lost 3 stone over 9 weeks, with another 4 still to go. The foods are really good, the staff are excellent- there is nothing I would improve. It depends how much you want it, but if you can afford it - and want to be reduce your size, and are happy to stick to the rules, then there is no better diet in the world. I have never been as healthy, and my diabetes is rapidly improving, and my hair is in fabulous condition. So many more positives than mere weight loss- wonderful!!
