My pension pot was a pretty long and drawn out case due to me having very little knowledge of it and if at all it was existent due to the age of the policy from more than 30 years ago.Initially my pension was found quite quickly by Nicholas Cole and his hard efforts to track it.Nicola Brady then took over to make contact with my pension broker to find out details of my policies and my broker went out of their way to be as slow and difficult as possible to drag things on forever over the slightest of things with no contact by email available and a response by post within 15 days, this was clearly a delay tac tic to hold on to the money or maybe even to force people to give up.During this time I had a video call with Paul Griffiths who offered me some good advise for when my policy matures.Once all of the documentation was in place and received from my broker, I was contacted by Matt Gould and we had a detailed telephone conversation about future plans and the options available.Once I had received the transfer documents, Matt Gould personally came to my home to check and collect these documents and has led me hand in hand to transfer my pension, which is all completed now and I am more than happy with all of the staff that I have dealt with at Alexander Peter Wealth Management and I would highly recommend them, particularly to those, like myself who contacted a few scamming companies and I was followed up with numerous calls promising the impossible...and illegally.
