My husband and I have finally transferred our various pension plans (accumulated over the years) into one pot each thanks in no small part to the continued efforts of Georgie Rothery and Paul Griffiths. Paul kept us sane in terms of explaining the process from the outset and always being on hand for a Zoom call, and Georgie was always responsive, resilient and courteous. It really was a drawn-out process especially as the pension providers wanted to go overboard on KYC process, even though we wanted to withdraw funds. But we got there in the end!
