I decided not to use this company based on my experience from their 'advisor'. Their adviser that I met with did not follow my instructions regarding providing the historical performance of the funds he was suggesting and kept insisting he had sent documents to me, which he had not, and instead only chose to share a single document with me via a Teams meeting. Why wouldn't he send it???The product recommended did not reflected my risk profile either so was entirely unsuitable. I had the impression he was unprepared for the meeting and was using the the old 'techno babble to baffle brains' type approach. Frankly, it was a waste of my time dealing with this company.
