This was almost a 2 year process for me! Starting working with one person who left the company and didn't let me know. Simon picked up the reigns and was so very helpful, extremely patient and stayed on track with everything, explaining everything so I could understand. He even followed up on a regular basis to check I was ok! The length of time to complete everything was all do to with the Insurance Companies not wanting to release my funds, Simon was a great support, assuring me it would work out in the end ... and he was right! Would certainly recommend this company in a heart beat!
