I recently purchased a car from Alfa Autos, and it has been an absolute nightmare from the start. The vehicle has broken down twice already, and it came with multiple issues that were clearly not disclosed at the time of sale. I am currently in the process of returning the car through the finance company and the ombudsman, which has been a stressful and time-consuming ordeal.The lack of transparency and quality control at Alfa Autos is appalling. They sold me a car that was clearly not roadworthy, and their customer service has been unhelpful and dismissive throughout this entire process. I urge anyone considering buying a car from this dealership to think twice and look elsewhere. Avoid Alfa Autos at all costs!
