Loved my straightners. Purchased from my salon 15 months ago as they are what my stylist uses on my hair. Unfortunately for no reason they cut out whilst warming up then no power to them whatsoever. These straightners are not cheap so I expected them to last longer than 15 months. They are not over used probably 4 times a week. I've had my previous brand on straightners for 6 years and only purchased these as I wanted some with a wider plate. Due to the short shelf life of this item I wouldn't recommend or buy again.
