I purchased the Alfa Italia wide straightners a couple of years ago, I purchased them through my hairdressers who always insist on cash. They are now not working and make a crackling sound before turning off.
I have no problem paying for a repair as these were expensive, however as I don't have proof of purchase no one can help. So now what ?
