Very disappointing experience, both in terms of product quality and customer service.I ordered two engraved bracelets and within less than a month of normal wear, the engraved charms on both bracelets fell off. These were a Christmas gift, and considering the price and the additional cost for engraving, I expected much better durability.I contacted customer support to report the issue and ask for a reasonable solution, but despite following up, I have received no response at all. This is especially frustrating as I had already experienced problems with the order previously, having been sent the wrong length and needing to return it.I understand that mistakes can happen, but being ignored after chasing is unacceptable. I hope this feedback encourages the company to improve both product quality and customer communication.
