The company provides a punctual and reliable service at a good price and for this reason we are returning customers. On the whole we have always had positive experiences with the drivers. The last time was less positive; he was on the phone when he picked us up and the private conversation continued in the car for quite a while on the loudspeakers. After several minutes, since the driver was not terminating the call, we kindly pointed out that (with a smile), although the conversation about real estate experiences might have been found interesting at another moment, perhaps it was about time to quit it and continue it when there were not customers in the car. The request went unnoticed or unheard, perhaps because he was so involved in the conversation; so, after a few more minutes we had to be sure to have his attention and repeated more firmly our request. It was unfortunate that we found ourselves obliged to do this, which spoiled an otherwise very good service.
