The trip from the airport to our hotel was seamless. They sent a WhatsApp just as I landed to confirm where they'd be, directions and a picture. Our driver greeted us and took us to the car, where we had a nice drive to the hotel.However, our return trip from our hotel to the airport was not as smooth or friendly. We'd booked a 7:30am pickup and while I got a confirmation email, I didn't get any text or communication from the driver. I went looking for him at 7:35am in the lobby and outside. I only saw a Portugal Golf car outside and didn't think that would be our driver. Time ticked by and again I looked around again at 7:45am ready to call head office. I approached the person coming out of the car and finally realised it was our driver, who was angry that we were late. I tried to confirm my name with him but he just kept arguing that he had other people to pick up. He finally decided to take us. As we were driving he was going through the app on his phone, picking which next pick up he wanted to do after ours (so clearly lied that he had a pick up straight after ours). Also, I could see that he'd had the ability to call or text through that app also.While the company is good and affordable, you're at the mercy of the driver's temperament.
