My experience has been very disappointing — we placed an order for simple party products over 16 months ago and still haven't received anything. The supplier kept claiming the items were 'in production' without any evidence of progress. They even raised the price unexpectedly. Despite providing ample proof of our communications, the platform sided with the supplier and refused our refund. Our funds have been blocked for over a year, and there has been no real support. I strongly advise against using this platform for orders.
