I purchased a custom outdoor sauna, which has a serious water leakage issue posing an electrocution risk. Despite providing evidence for months, the platform has not issued a refund or taken accountability. They claim to have escalated the issue but have done nothing to resolve it. I will continue to update this review until a full refund is provided.
