I will back the last comment if you have a problem with Alibaba you talk to a robot you are not talking to a human. I bought some machinery for 13.5k and did not get a receipt of payment so if you decide to ignore people on trustpilot to avoid the site it is up to you but if you experience some miss doing you have been warned I have no idea where my money has gone and they are in no rush to solve the issue,I keep getting a robot saying be patient when 13.5k has gone how would you feel.
