Hi guys,ALIBABA IS SCAM WEBSITE Review is very good helping customer to identify which companies are good or bad I have bought a £12000 machine from supplier on Alibaba website, I paid through alibaba, supplier promised to deliver machine to my address. I never received my machine and I made complaint on Alibaba, I explained everything and uploaded all evidence it took one month and 30 page explain with evidence.In very first email I had from alibaba without upload anything they asked me why we should ask supplier to refund you after one month I was receiving same email, we were trying come to agreement with supplier and alibaba closed my case with no refund, I lost £12000 I am trying to take Alibaba to court.Any suggestions from you guys help me Hdkaremyatyahoodotcodotuk.
